Lifetime Warranty

Dynamic Billiard Ltd. (hereafter the “supplier”) guarantees its slate billiard tables against defects in workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the original owner. This warranty applies only to the original buyer under normal home recreation use and is not transferable. Warranty claims must be accompanied by original proof of purchase documentation and a return authorization number.

Defective parts should be returned as prescribed by the terms of the Return Authorization Form which the supplier will provide at the time of the warranty claim. The supplier will either repair or replace any and all parts which are proven, in the supplier’s sole discretion, to be defective.

Pockets and cloth are normal wear items and are warranted to be free from defects only at time of original installation. This warranty does not apply to any table or component thereof which requires repair or replacement as a result of wear and tear, accident, fire, flood or other natural calamity, neglect, abuse or misuse or the result of any alterations or modifications, or from the transportation by a common carrier. Failure to maintain correct home humidity levels or to maintain the table in accordance with prescribed industry standards, improper relocations and/or table lifting shall invalidate this warranty at the sole discretion of the supplier.

Warning: Improperly moving a pool table can cause damages that may not be covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not apply to any tables installed at institutional or commercial premises.

Dynamic Billiard Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage suffered by the purchaser by reason of any defect in manufacturing, workmanship or installation of the table. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, and constitutes the purchaser’s sole remedy at law or in equity. Dynamic Billiard Ltd. does not assume nor has it authorized any person to assume any other obligation or liability in connection with its products.
